| 摘 要： | 目的对吻合器痔上粘膜环切术（PPH）后病人实施舒适护理的效果观察。方法通过总结对75例PPH术后病人进行舒适护理,包括生理、心理、社会舒适护理。结果将舒适护理纳入PPH术后常规护理中,病人舒适度及护理满意度得到提高。结论PPH术是一种安全、有效、并发症少、复发率低的手术方法,术后施用护理提高病人舒适度,提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of nursing for the patients of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）.Methods We summarize 75 cases nursing of patients after operation, including physiology, psychology, and comfortable nursing. Results The comfort care into routine care in PPH patients, patient comfort and improved nursing satisfaction.Conclusion PPH surgery is a safe, effective, less complications and low recurrence rate of surgical techniques, postoperative care and application of improved patient comfort, improve the quality of care. |
