肾综合征出血热高发区人群防鼠灭鼠水平及知识宣传需求研究

目的：了解肾综合征出血热（HFRS）高发区人群防鼠灭鼠水平及知识宣传需求。方法：在HFRS高发区泗水，采用整群随机抽样调查了20－59岁人群821人，调查内容包括人口特征、日常防鼠灭鼠情况及媒体宣传需求。结果：72.59%的家庭室内经常可见有鼠活动；52.62%的人群开展日常防鼠灭鼠，25.58%的人群防鼠灭鼠效果好。人群防鼠灭鼠知识主要来源于周围人群。人群对防鼠灭鼠知识媒体宣传有较高需求，喜欢的主要宣传方式是广播、电视、宣传画和墙报。结论：需考虑采用广播、电视、墙报和宣传画等综合宣教方式，提高人群日常防鼠灭鼠知识和能力。

Population-based Study on Level and Media Education Demand of Rodent Control inHigh Endemic Area of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome

Objective: Population based study on level and media education demand of rodent control in high endemic area of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods: 821 individuals of aged 20-59 were investigated house to house with cluster and randomized sample method in Sishui county of high HFRS endemic area, and the standard questionnaire including population characters, routine rodent control and media education demand of rodent control was designed and used. Results: Rodent activities were often found and reported in 72.59 % of houses. Routine rodent control was conducted in 52.62 % of population, 25.58 % of population reported good efficacy of routine rodent control. The knowledge of how to control rodent mainly came from speaking of person to person. Media education demand of rodent control in population would be very high and could be developed, media education demand of broadcast, TV, gazette and propagandize picture would be selected and enjoyed by most of population. Conclusion: The knowledge and ability of rodent control in population would be reinforced if those mass media education carried out together.
