| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗围手术期护理。方法 :对 2 5例急性冠脉综合征患者进行术前有效的心理疏导、术前准备、术中配合、术后的观察护理及健康指导。结果 :患者均安全度过围手术期 ,手术获得成功。结论 :严密的心电、血压监护、正确应用抗凝剂 ,认真落实各阶段的护理措施 ,是减少急性冠脉综合征意外和各种护理并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To incestigate the nursing in emergency percutaneous coronary interventional therapy during perioperative. Methods Twenty-five cases with acute coronary symdrome were givend effective psychogenic guarding before operation, co-operation and best nuring after operation. Results All cases survived during perioperative. Conclusion Rigorous ward of electrocardiogram and prssure, admission of anticoagulant are sticking points of reduction in emergency percutaneous coronary and nusing syndrome. |
