造影多普勒超声显像评价兔肌肉VX2肿瘤的血流灌注

摘    要:目的 :评价造影多普勒超声显像对兔肌肉 VX2 肿瘤 (兔鳞癌 )血流灌注的作用。方法 :将 8只双侧股外侧肌肉种植 VX2 肿瘤的新西兰白兔经耳缘静脉注射氟碳微泡造影剂后 ,分别应用彩色多普勒、能量多普勒超声显像观察兔肌肉 VX2 肿瘤血流灌注情况并定量分析。结果 :造影后 ,增强了肌肉 VX2 肿瘤血管显示率及血流信号强度 ,造影前后比较 ,彩色多普勒血流显像视频密度增加 69.88,能量多普勒血流显像视频密度增加 94.49,二者比较 P<0 .0 1 ,延长了肿瘤血流显影时间。结论 :造影多普勒超声显像提高了兔肌肉 VX2 肿瘤血流灌注的显示 ,增强其血流信号。造影能量多普勒血流显像优于彩色多普勒血流显像

Abstract:Objective:To assess the blood perfusi on of VX 2 tumors in rabbit muscles with perfluorocarbon contrast color Doppler f low imaging.Methods:Eight rabbits with VX2 tumors in musc l e were examined.The contrast agent was administered through peripheral vein Aft er intravenous administration of contrast agent, color Doppler flow imaging or p ower Doppler imaging were used to evaluate the blood perfusion of tumors in musc le.Results:After injection,there were significant improvement s in detecting neovascularity of VX 2 tumor in muscle at all contrast agent do sage levels ( P <0 01)and the intensity lasted a long period.The video intens ity was increased 69 88 in color Doppler flow imaging and 94 49 in power Doppl er imaging.Conclusions:The coutrast agent is able to detect clearly t he tumor vessels which connot be shown with conventional color flow imaging.More over,the perfluorocarbon contrast agent can maintain the visuality of the vessel s for a longer period.Power Doppler imaging is better than CDFI.
