中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床分析30例

目的观察中药清肺化痰活血法联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效,探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的优点。方法将60例临床确诊的支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组。治疗组30例采用中药清热化痰活血方加用阿奇霉素(泽奇)抗感染治疗,对照组30例给予阿奇霉素(泽奇)抗感染治疗,两组均辅以西医对症治疗。结果治疗组痊愈显效率为93.3%,对照组痊愈显效率为43.3%,两组相比差别有显著统计学意义,P<0.01,两组在咳嗽、痰壅、肺部听诊等主要疗效指标的改善方面,治疗组均优于对照组。结论中药清肺化痰活血法联合注射用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床症状消失快,疗效显著,是治疗小儿支原体肺炎的较好方法。

The Clinical Analysis of Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Pediatric Pneumoniae of 30 Cases

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combining Qing fei, expectorant, activating blood stasis and azithromycine on mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 patients in control group were still treated by the azithromycin （ze qi）, or in combination with other modern medicines which to relieve symptoms. Meanwhile, beside the modern medicine, the 30 patients in the treatment group needed to receive the decoctions of TCM which were prescribed under the therapeutic principle： method of clearing heat, expectorant and activating blood stasis. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and the control groups＇ was 43.3%, the differences between the two groups in a high degree of statistical significance, P0.01, the treatment group is superior to the control group in improvement of body cough sputum, lung auscultation. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Qing fei expectorant and activating blood stasis can increase the clinical therapeutic effects of azithromycine in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and has few side effects. This method is worth spreading.
