| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症心脏瓣膜病的护理模式及其效果.方法对30例重症心脏瓣膜病人实施了新的护理模式.结果效果良好,且与同期20例患者相比在监护室观察时间、住院时间、血管活性药用量、并发症及死亡率无差别.结论该护理模式安全、有效,可作为重症心脏瓣膜病的综合治疗措施之一.

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the role of nursing care in treatment of heart valve patient of serious disease. Method] Special nursing care Plan was carried out on 30 heart valve Patients, especially in nutrition. And a control group which include 20 patients were tended by normal nursing care. Result] We got good efficient result for patients. There were no difference in observe time in ICU, hospital stays, blood vessel active medicine consumption, complication and mortality comparing with control group. Conclusion] The special nursing is safe and effective, can be regarded as one of the complex treatment measures of heart valve disease. |
