| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨悬吊式经脐入路腹腔镜手术的可行性与临床价值.方法:回顾分析为20例患者行悬吊式经脐入路腹腔镜手术的临床资料,其中包括胆囊结石6例,胆囊息肉2例,宫外孕4例,卵巢囊肿4例,子宫肌瘤3例,胆囊结石合并输卵管积水1例.结果:1例术中钛夹滑脱致胆囊动脉出血,改为3孔法辅以低压气腹完成手术,余19例顺利完成.胆囊切除时...
