| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of nerve growth factor(NGF) and the low-affinity receptor CD271in primary dignosied leukemia patients and analyze their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of NGF in plasma and CD271 on leukemia cells were detected by ELISA and flow cytometry repectively in 40 acute/chronic leukemia cases(disease group),and 35 healthy subjects were selected as control group.Results The level of NGF in disease group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01)... |
