| Abstract: | Objective To establish the amplified luminescent proximity homogeneous immunoassay(AlphaLISA) kit fordetection of human C peptide.Methods The double antibody sandwich method was used to develop the AlphaLISA kit for detection of serum C peptide.Results The working range of the kit was 0.06~22ng/ml.The sensitivity was reached to 0.06ng/ml.The intra-and inter-assay coefficient of variation were 4.0%~4.8% and 5.6%~6.8%,respectively,moreover.There was no cross-reaction with insulin or proinsulin respectively.98... |
