| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨P53和PCNA蛋白产物与胆囊癌的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法，检测61例胆囊癌组织中P53、PCNA的表达水平。结果：P53、PCNA在胆囊癌中表达的阳性率分别为37．7％、54．1％，与胆囊癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移密切相关（P＜0．01）。P53与PCNA表达呈正相关。结论：P53、PCNA是胆囊癌较特异的肿瘤标记物，其表达与胆囊癌淋巴结转移、病理分级有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of P53 and PCNA and their significance in gallbladder carcinoma.Methods Immunohisto-chemistry method was used to investigate the expression of P53 and PCNA in 61 cases of gallbladder carcinoma.Results The positive rate of P53 and PCNA was 37 7%?54 1% respectively, which was positively correlated with the pathological grading and metastasis of the tumor( P <0 01).There was a close relationship between the expression of P53 and PCNA in the tumor.Conclusion P53 and PCNA may be important biological markers to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. |
