住院糖尿病人营养状况的评价

摘    要:目的 了解糖尿病人入院时的营养状况,为制订合理的营养治疗方案提供依据。方法 对我院62例初发糖尿病住院人入院时作人体测量、营养生化的实验室检查,以评价其营养状况。结果 62例病人经过综合营养评价,发现48.39%的病人存在着不同程度的营养不良,67.74%的病人血脂增高,62.90%的病人平时体重超重或肥胖。结论 初发住院的糖尿病人中营养不良状况较严重,在制订营养治疗方案时应根据病人的营养状况合理调配饮食,以控制血糖和血脂,纠正各种代谢紊乱,改善病人的营养状况。

Abstract:Objective To understand the nutritional status of patients with diabetes at the time of admission.and provide basis for formulating rational nutritional therapeutical plan.Methods Physical and biochemical examination of 62 hospitalized patients with diabete were conducted and the nutritional status of the patients was investigated in this hospital.Result The results show that 48.39% of the patients were found to be suffered from malnutrition at varied extent,67.74% of them suffered from hyperlipemia and about 62.90% of them suffered from overweight. Conclusion Malnutrition was a serious problem in primary diabetic patients and rational nutritional plan be worked out with reference to their nutritional status for the sake of enhancement of their nutritional level.
