| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨Staheli髋臼延伸术对学龄儿童先天性髋脱位的治疗效果。方法 :采用Staheli髋臼延伸术治疗学龄儿童先天性髋脱位 11例 11个髋 ,均为女性 ;左髋 7例 ,右髋 4例。术前股骨头脱位高度平均 1.2cm ,髋臼指数平均 39.7°。手术年龄平均 9.3岁。结果 :根据McKay的临床评定标准 ,8个髋关节为优 ,2个为良 ,1个为可。X线片结果显示CE角平均 36°,根据Severin的评定标准 ,7个髋关节为优 ,3个为良 ,1个为可。结论 :Staheli髋臼延伸术是治疗学龄儿童先天性髋脱位的有效方法之一
