| 摘 要： | 对２１例反复呼吸道感染（反呼）患儿，测定其红细胞Ｃ３，受体花环，红细胞免疫复合物花环和Ｔ细胞亚群。结果显示红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率为８．９７±３．２３％，低于正常值（１８．７６±４．８６％）；红细胞免疫复合物花环率为５．１６±２．２８％，与正常值（５．１２±２．１３％）相近；ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８的比值为０．４４±０．１６，低于正常值（１．８）。显示反呼患儿红细胞免疫功能与Ｔ淋巴细胞免疫功能同时降低。

| Abstract: | We investigated C36 receptor rosettles and immune complex rosettle on redcells and T cell subset in 21 patients suffering from repeatedly respiratory tract infection. Theresults showed that the percentage of red cell C3b receptor rosettles in patients was.97±3. 23%’less than in health donors(18. 76±4. 82%)while the percentage of red cell immunecomplex rosettles was 5.16±2.28%,being similar to that in the controls (5.12±2.13%)and that the ratio of OKT4 to OKTs was 0.44±0. 16,less than 1.8 in the controls. The re-sults indicats that both red cell immune function and T cell immune function are below thenormal level in patients. |
