心房颤动患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2及其组织抑制因子浓度的变化

摘    要:目的:研究非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAf)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)的水平.探讨NVAf发生的可能机制。方法:采用定量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定30例NVAf患者(房颤组)和30例正常人(正常对照组)血清MMP-2、TIMP-2的水平。结果:房颤组血清MMP-2水平(390.29±128.67ng/ml)明显高于正常对照组(291.80±104.15ng/ml)水平(P〈0.01)。房颤组血清TIMP-2水平(62.84±26.77ng/ml)明显低于正常对照组(115.22±45.00ng/ml),P〈0.01,血清MMP-2水平与左房直径呈正相关(r=0.396,P〈0.01)。多因素非条件Logistic回顾模型中左房直径、MMP-2是NVAf发生的危险因素,TIMP-2是保护免于发生房颤的因素。结论:MMP-2与TIMP-2可能参与房颤的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective: To study the plasma levels of matrix metalloproteinase--2 (MMP--2) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase--2 (TIMP--2) in non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAf) patients. To investigate the possible mechanism of NVAf. Methods: The plasma levels of MMP--2 and TIMP--2 in 30 NVAf patients (fibrillation group) and 30 sinus rhythm people (control group) were measured by ELISA. Results: The level of MMP--2 in fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in control group [ (390. 29±128. 67) ng/ml : (291.80±104.15) ng/ml, P %0.01]. The level of TIMP-- 2 in NVAf group was less than that in control group [ (62.84±26.77) ng/ml : (115.22±45.00) ng/ml, P〈0.01]. The MMP--2 level was positively correlation with left atrial dimension (r= 0. 396, P〈0.01). The multifaetor Logistic regression analysis show that LAD, MMP--2 were risk factor for N VAf, but the TIMP--2 was protective factor for NVAf. Conclusion: MMP--2 and TIMP--2 may take part in the development of NVAf.
