中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并慢性肾衰的临床研究

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并CRF临床疗效及治疗体会。方法:对69例患者采用益气养阴,活血利水为主要治则,结合西药等方法治疗。结果:客观指标及实验室检查均有明显改善,治疗后明显优于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并CRF有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation on Treating Diabetes Mellitus with Chronic Renal Failure with TCM and WM Combined

Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects and consideration in treating diabetes mellitus with chronic renai failure with the integration of western and Chinses medicine. Methods :69 patients of diabetes mellitus with chronic renal failure were treated with Yiqi yangyin and Huoxue lishui as the major treatment Companied with western medicine. Results: All of objective guide-line and experimental indexes have significantly improved. After the treatment's effects were superior to before the treatment's effects (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Condusion :The effects of DM with CRF by the integration of western and Chinese medicine were significant. It is a good way to control CRF with the integration of western and Chinese medicine that we can diagnose and treat primarily, control seriously much glucose in the blood, hyper lipidemia ad hypertension, improve microcirculation, release vascular cramp and de-crease the injury of vascular endothelium.
