52例真菌性角膜溃疡的非手术治疗临床分析

目的分析研究真菌性角膜溃疡非手术治疗的效果。方法对我院自2003年至2008年4月收治的52例52眼真菌性角膜溃疡患者，采用局部、全身药物治疗等方法取得的疗效进行回顾性分析，总结非手术方法治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。结果52例真菌性角膜溃疡患者经非手术治疗，治愈28眼，占53．85％；好转22例，占42．31％；无效2例，占3．84％，有效率96．16％。结论早期诊断和治疗是提高真菌性角膜溃疡治愈率的关键，非手术治疗是现实条件下治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的一种有效的方法。
