| 摘 要： | 经济学认为任何现实的交换活动都是在不完备信息环境下进行的，医患关系作为一种特殊的社会交换关系，医患之间的信息结构表现为明显的非对称性。这种非对称性会引起各种伦理问题，本文就此进行了分析，并指出了医务人员应遵循的医德原则。
