摘    要:肺癌与肺结核的诊断及鉴别诊断无论从方法多样性或检出率上都有了很大的改观,但至今仍未找到一种高效的特异的诊断方法。随着蛋白质组学技术的出现及发展蛋白质组学已被广泛应用于各种疾病及同一疾病不同层面的研究。目前,肺癌及肺结核的诊断标志物的研究已成热点。对此,我们通过对近年来国内外蛋白质组学技术及肺癌、肺结核标志物研究的相关文献进行了回顾分析,希望能对两种疾病的鉴别诊断提供一些帮助。

Research progress on Proteomics in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer and tuberculosis

Abstract:With the development of the medical technology,the proteomics technology has been widely used in many different diseases researches.Nowadays,as for the diagnosis of the lung cancer and the tuberculosis,although we have made great progress in the diversity of differential diagnosis and the detection rate,we haven't found a specific diagnosis method.Therefore,the author reviewed the related studies on the proteomics,the lung cancer and tuberculosis markers,and hoped to offer some help in the differential diagnosis of two diseases.
