乐百氏奶和乐百氏钙奶导致牙釉质脱矿的比较研究

摘    要:目的:比较两种含糖奶类对牙釉质的脱矿作用。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法检测两种含糖奶类中钙和磷的含量。采用微量化学分析法检测奶类处理牙釉质后饲料中钙和磷含量的变化。采用维氏显微硬度测试仪检测经两种奶类处理后牙釉质表面的显微硬度。结果:乐百氏奶中的钙和磷的浓度分别为8.84mmol/L和4.84mmol/L;乐百氏钙奶中钙和磷的浓度分别为10.57mmol/L和9.68mmol/L。处理牙釉质后,两种奶类导致牙釉质钙和磷溶出的量不同,乐百氏奶明显高于乐百氏钙奶(P<0.05)。牙釉质表面显微硬度也有明显的降低,乐百氏奶导致牙釉质表面显微硬度降低的程度明显重于乐百氏钙奶(P<0.05)。结论:两种含糖奶类均能导致牙釉质脱矿,乐百氏奶对牙釉质的脱矿能力高于乐百氏钙奶。在饮料中加入无机离子钙和磷后,能抑制牙釉质的脱矿。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the demineralization on bovine enamel caused by two kinds of sugar-containing milk.Method: The calcium and phosphate of milk were analyzed by UV spectrophotometry.Then, the calcium and phosphate of milk after treating the bovine enamel were analyzed by EL 312e microplate.The enamel surface microhardness was measured with a Leitzs microhardness tester.Result:The Calcium and phosphate concentration of Rubust Fruit Milk are 8.84 mmol/L and 4.84mmol/L,respectively. The Calcium and phosphate concentration of Rubust Calcium Milk are 10.57 mmol/L and 9.68mmol/L,respectively. Either milk has demineralizing effect on bovine enamel.There is great significance between the two beverages.Conclusion:The Rubust Fruit Milk has greater demineralizing effect on enamel than the Calcium Milk.However,addition of Calcium and phosphate in the milk can reduce the demineralizing effect on enamel.
