| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找能恢复腭咽部解剖形态和生理功能的手术方法。方法:应用主客观评判法,对97例腭裂患者术前术后的语音学特点进行评判。结果:采用提肌重建术和软腭反向双"Z"瓣移位术术后患者语音清晰度>70%的患者数量明显高于采用兰氏法,语音改善明显。结论:提肌重建术和软腭反向双"Z"瓣移位术能够充分延长后退软腭,充分发挥腭帆提肌的作用,对实现完善的腭咽闭合具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find a surgical operation which can resume palatopharyngeal's anatomical morphology and physiological function.Methods: By subjective and objective judgements,97 palate patient's Velopharyngeal closure was evaluatel.Results: The articulation >70% patient numbers postoperated by Furlow double opposing Z-plasty and Levator muscle reconstruction were higher than those operated by Von langen beck.Conclusion: Furlow double opposing Z-plasty and Levator muscle reconstruction can increase velar length and play the effect of levator veil palati muscle,which have an important significance for perfect VP. |
