慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者治疗依从性的相关性研究

目的探讨慢性丙型病毒性肝炎（下称慢丙肝）患者治疗依从性的影响因素，提高其治疗依从性，以利疾病的康复及防止复发。方法采用随机分层抽样方法调查200例慢丙肝患者。调查内容包括患者的基本情况、治疗依从性、丙肝知识水平、健康信念和社会支持，并对所得资料进行统计分析。结果慢丙肝患者的治疗依从性得分为35．11±6．66分。其中药物治疗依从性得分最高，定期复查依从性得分最低。影响患者治疗依从性影响着慢丙肝治疗的效果。结论为减少或延缓慢丙肝并发症的发生以及控制疾病的传播，护士应关注患者的治疗依从性以及心理、社会因素对依从性的影响，使护理干预措施更加系统化。

Study for the correlation of treatment compliance for patients with chronic hepatitis c

Abstract Objective To analysis the factors influencing the treatment compliance for patients with chronic hepatitis c, and to enhance the compliance and prevent from relapse. Method 200 patients with chronic hepatitis c were randomly sampled surveyed for this study. General information and knowledge about hepatitis c, patient compli anee, health belief and social support system was surveyed and analyzed. Result The mean score of compliance for patients with chronic hepatitis e was 35.11±6.66. The score of medical treatment compliance received the highest and that of periodic visit examination was the lowest. The prognosis was also influenced by the compliance. Conclusion In order to reduce or delay the complication of chronic hepatitis c and control the transmission effectively, the nurse should pay more attention to the patients＇ compliance and the associated psychological and social factors on it, and should take effective interference more systematically
