溃疡性结肠炎患者血小板功能变化的观察

目的 了解溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）患者血小板功能状态的变化及其与疾病的关系。方法对2006年住院的20例治疗前后血小板计数、平均体积（MPV）、聚集率进行分析。结果患者治疗前平均血小板计数385．61×10^12／L。治疗后192．67×10^12／L，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗前后血小板平均体积进行比较：治疗前9．53fl，治疗后11．58fl，两组数据有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗前血小板最大聚集率0．65，治疗后0．30，两者有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。不同严重程度病人之间血小板聚集率及血小板平均体积差别具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），而未发现血小板计数与病情的关系（P〉0．05）。计算活动期、缓解期病人血小板聚集率、血小板平均体积与血小板计数三者的相关系数，并进行统计学检验，未见相关（P〉0．05）。结论 血小板功能状态的改变可能是UC肠道病变活动性的指标之一，并能反映疾病的程度。

Observation of the function of platelet in the patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective To investigate the change of the function of platelet in the patients with ulcerative colitis and its relation with the disease. Methods The data of twenty patients admitted in hospital in 2006 were collected and analysed ,including their platelet count, mean platelet volume（MPV） and platelet congregation ratio, Results The mean platelet count before and after treatment were 385.61×10^12/L and 192, 67 × 10^12/L,respectively, And there was no statistical difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. MPV before treatment was 9.53 fl and 11.58 fl after treatment. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. The max platelet congregation ratio before treatment was 0.65, and 0, 30 after treatment. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. And there was significant difference among mild, moderate and severe groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. We caculated the correlation efficient of upper three index, and found no correlation（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The change of platelet in the patients with ulcerative colitis may be one of the indications of the activity of the disease, which could reflect its degree.
