干化学法测定钾钠氯的方法学研究

摘    要:目的评价V350干化学法测定钾(K+)、钠(Na+)、氯(Cl-)的可行性。方法以临床新鲜血清标本为检测标本,对干化学法测定K+、Na+、Cl-进行线性试验、重复性试验、干扰试验、回收试验,并与日立7600-020离子选择电极间接法进行方法比较并进行相关分析。结果 K+、Na+、Cl-的测定线性范围分别是1.38~13.60、84.80~222.60、62.10~159.40mmol/L;批内变异系数分别是0.80%、0.29%、0.34%,天间平均变异系数分别为1.28%、1.73%、1.39%;回收率分别是97.27%~98.38%、98.94%~98.51%、100.37%~100.34%;方法比对试验中,分析结果与日立7600-020比较,K+、Na+、Cl-均有良好的相关性(r2=0.991 8,r2=0.954 2,r2=0.960 2),临床可接受性评价均未超过CLIA′88允许误差的一半。结论 V350干化学法测定K+、Na+、Cl-具有检测速度快,精密度好等特点,适合临床急诊生化使用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the feasibility of V350 dry chemistry method for detecting the concentration of K+,Na+,Cl-in serum.Methods The clinical serum samples were detected by using linear experiment,experimental repeatability,interference experiment,recovery experiment.The dry chemistry was compared with the ISE indirect method.Results K+,Na+,Cl-linear range were 1.38-13.60 mmol/L,84.8-222.6 mmol/L,62.1-159.40 mmol/L.Coefficient of variation within approved were 0.80%,0.29%,0.34%.Coefficient of variation between the approved were 1.28%,1.73%,1.39%.Recovery were 97.27%-98.38%,98.94%-98.51%,100.37%-100.34%.There was a strong concordance between V350 dry chemistry method and Hitachi 7600 ISE indirect method.Comparing the relevance of K+,Na+,Cl-(r2=0.991 8,r2=0.954 2,r2=0.960 2),the clinical evaluation of the acceptability was not more than half the permissible error of CLIA′88.Conclusion Automatic V350 dry chemistry is a fast,good precision,and stable method for K+,Na+,Cl-measurement,which is suitable for urgent detection.
