S-O_2-1菌苗对S_(180)肿瘤细胞DNA合成的抑制作用

摘    要:用小鼠 S_(180)肿瘤细胞作为靶细胞,以~3H-TdR 的掺入抑制百分率作为抗肿瘤活性的指标,在体外培养条件下,S-O_2-1 菌苗能刺激正常小鼠及带瘤小鼠的免疫活性细胞,释放对 S_(180)肿瘤细胞 DNA 合成有明显抑制作用的可溶性物质。实验提示,该类免疫因子的产生能增强免疫细胞对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒效应。同时发现 S-O_2-1菌苗本身对 S_(180)肿瘤细胞还具有直接杀伤作用。


THE INHIBITION EFFECT OF AN AEROBIC GRAM NEGATIVE BACTERIAL VACCINE(S-O_2-1)ON DNA SYNTHESIS OF S_(180) TUMOR CELLS
Abstract:The inhibition effect of the immunocytes of both normal mice and tumor bearing mice on S_(180)tumor cells in vitro were studied by the assay of the incorporation of ~8H-TdR.These cells,treated with the aerobic bacterial vaccine(S-O_2-1),released some soluble substances which could inhibit DNA synthesis of the S_(180)tumor cells.This showed that the cytotoxic activity was apparently accomplished by the release of the mediating immunological factor immunoeytes. Moreover,the nonireated vaccine itself could also dircctly inhibit DNA synthesis of S_(180)tumor cells.
