| 摘 要： | 目的检测胃癌患者血清和尿液中骨桥蛋白（ostoepontin,OPN）含量,探讨其在胃癌辅助诊断,监测病情变化,判断预后中的作用。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测60例胃癌患者,42例胃溃疡患者,33例健康体检者血清和尿液中OPN含量。结果胃癌组患者血清、尿液中OPN（104.4±36.3）μg/L,（230.0±46.7）μg/L显著高于溃疡组（47.8±29.6）μg/L,（98.9±40.2）μg/L及体检组（36.5±24.8）μg/L,（86.0±35.2）μg/L（P〈0.01）,尿液中的含量明显高于血清中含量（P〈0.01）;OPN在血清、尿液中含量与胃癌的临床分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关;血清和尿液中的OPN值呈正相关（r=0.92,P〈0.01）。结论血清和尿液中的OPN水平可反映胃癌患者机体肿瘤负荷状态,可作为诊断、监测病情变化、判断预后有价值的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective This research investigated the expression level of ostoepontin(OPN) in serum and urine of gastric cancer patients,also approached the effects of OPN in diagnosis and monitoring of the course and prognosis of gastric cancer.
