| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鼻气管插管治疗COPD呼吸衰竭应用技巧,建立一种有效的人工气道技术。方法采用盲插和喉镜明视下插管两种插管方法,插管后呼吸机辅助通气。结果全组病人盲插成功41例,经喉镜明视插管成功17例,均治愈出院,无严重并发症发生。结论经鼻气管插管易耐受、留置时间长、不影响进食,适用于COPD呼吸衰竭患者。
