| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童Tourette综合征(TS)的发病危险因素,为其综合干预提供理论依据。方法选取门诊就诊的207例TS患儿作为病例组;同期就诊的264例非慢性反复性疾病,非神经精神性疾病患儿为对照组。采用病例对照研究方法,探讨TS患儿的发病危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,抽动障碍家族史、慢性扁桃腺炎史、高热惊厥史、母亲妊娠反应程度、病理性黄疸等与TS发病有关;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,TS的发病危险因素是男性、抽动障碍家族史、慢性扁桃腺炎史、高热惊厥史、母亲重度妊娠反应、早产、低出生体质量、极低频磁场暴露(距高压或电磁场<150 m)、每周看电视时间≥20 h及经常进食西式快餐与膨化食品(OR=1.592～5.924)。结论TS的发生与性别、遗传、感染、围生期因素、极低频电磁场暴露及饮食等多种因素有关,为有效防治TS发生,应综合考虑上述因素。
