| 摘 要： | 目的评价健康教育和营养干预对儿童1型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法选取2008年7月至2009年12月住院确诊为1型糖尿病患儿82例为研究对象,在住院期间和出院后6个月对患儿进行健康教育及营养治疗干预,评价干预前后患儿父母糖尿病相关知识知晓率,患儿自我管理能力以及不同饮食控制组的血糖、血红蛋白水平及生长发育情况。结果干预后,患儿父母糖尿病相关知识知晓率和患儿自我管理能力均有提高;饮食控制良好患儿的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白较控制不良患儿有明显改善。结论健康教育和营养治疗干预对治疗儿童1型糖尿病有效。
