| 摘 要： | 目的观察单用二甲双胍血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者加用西格列汀后血糖控制的有效性和安全性。方法选择30例单用二甲双胍（1 500mg/d）血糖控制不佳的T2DM患者（HbA1c 7%～10%）,加服西格列汀100mg/d,持续治疗12周。结果加用西格列汀100mg/d,HbA1c、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗（HOMA-IR）、血清甘油三脂及总胆固醇显著降低（P〈0.05或〈0.01）,空腹胰岛素、稳态模型评估β细胞功能（HOMA-β）显著提高（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。加用西格列汀后低血糖风险低,胃肠道不良反应少。结论单用二甲双胍血糖控制不佳的T2DM患者加用西格列汀100mg/d后,能有效控制血糖,且耐受性良好。
