| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内源性分泌型糖基化代谢终末产物受体（esRAGE）与2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的关系。方法将研究对象分成3组,单纯糖尿病组（DM组）24例,糖尿病合并冠心病组（DM合并CAD组）24例,糖尿病合并急性冠状动脉综合征组（DM合并ACS组）25例。用酶联免疫法检测血清esRAGE水平,并检测其他临床指标。结果 DM合并ACS组的糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）高于DM组和DM合并CAD组,分别为（8.68±2.35）%vs（6.78±0.73）%,（7.22±1.12）%（均P〈0.01）,血清esRAGE DM合并CAD组和DM合并ACS组明显低于DM组,分别为（0.52±0.04）μg/L,（0.35±0.07）μg/L vs（0.71±0.08）μg/L（均P〈0.01）,Pearson相关分析显示esRAGE与HbA1c呈负相关（r=-0.344,P〈0.01）。结论 esRAGE与T2DM密切相关,对糖尿病大血管并发症可能有潜在保护作用。
