| 摘 要： | 目的:分析儿童呼吸道异物误诊的原因及危害,探讨有效的防治措施。方法:分析452例儿童呼吸道异物误诊误治的临床资料。结果:重视病史的采集和体检是防止误诊误治的主要措施,X线检查及螺旋CT三维重建技术能够为儿童呼吸道异物的诊断提供帮助。结论:临床医师应意识到呼吸道异物的危害性,避免误诊误治的发生,合适的手术时机和手术方式能够有效降低并发症,提高治愈率。
