| 摘 要： | 目的：运用高效液相色谱法测定临床治疗孕产妇巨细胞病毒感染的鱼腥草抗病毒有效成分槲皮素的含量。方法：采用Agilent ZORBAX ODS色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸（52∶48）为流动相;368 nm波长处检测,流速：1.0 mL/min,柱温：30℃。结果：线性范围为0.24-1.20μg,相关系数r=0.9973,平均回收率为98.75%,RSD=0.66%。结论：该方法简便、准确,可以用于对鱼腥草中槲皮素含量进行检测。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine cont.of quercetin,the active component in houttuynia cordata（Thunb.）by HPLC,which can heal cytomegalovirus infection in pregnant and puerperant women.Method： HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of quercetin in the sample.The separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column at 30℃ with a mixture of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（52∶48） as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 368 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Result： The linear range of quercetin was 0.24 μg-1.20 μg（r=0.997 3）,the average recovery was 98.75%,RSD = 0.66%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,and reliable in determining quercetin in houttuynia cordata Thunb.. |
