喉咽清口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗儿童急性咽炎疗效观察

目的观察喉咽清口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗儿童急性咽炎的疗效。方法248例急性咽炎患儿随机分为利巴韦林气雾剂组（n=76）、喉咽清口服液组（n=86）和喉咽清口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂组（n=86），治疗5d，期间不加用其他药物。观察并记录患儿治疗前后症状改善，比较疗效指数。治疗结束后随访5d，观察有无不良反应。结果喉咽清口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂组总有效率为98．8％，显著高于另两组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。此外，喉咽清口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂组治疗后疗状积分明显低于另两组（P〈0．01）。结论喉炎清口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗儿童急性咽炎疗效显著。

Houyanqing oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of children acute pharyngitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Houyanqing oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of children acute pharyngitis. Methods Two hundred and forty-eight children acute pharyngitis patients were randomly divided into three groups： Group A, the patients treated with ribavirin aerosol （n=76）; Group B, treated with Houyanqing oral liquid （n=86）; Group C, treated with Houyanqing oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol （n=86）. All patients were treated for 5 days, no other drugs were used during entire treatment course. The changes in acute pharyngitis were recorded before and after treatment, efficacy index was calculated. After treatment, patients were followed up for 5 days; all adverse reactions were recorded. Results Compared with group A and B, the efficiency of group C is highest （98.8%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. In addition, symptom score after treatment of group C was significantly lower than the other two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Houyanqing oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol is effective in the treatment of children acute pharyngitis.
