血小板活化和内皮细胞损害对大肠癌影响的研究

目的：研究血小板活化和内皮细胞损害对大肠癌病情和预后的影响。方法：采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定55例大肠癌和40例正常人血浆血栓烷B2（TXB2）、11-去氢-血栓烷B2（DH-TXB2）、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白（GMP-140）、血管性血友病因子（vWF）、血栓调节蛋白（TM）、血清纤维结合蛋白（FN）和环磷酸鸟苷（cGMP）的含量。结果：大肠癌TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、vWF、TM和cGMP升高，FN下降。大肠癌cGMP与TXB2、DH．TXB2、GMP-140、TM之间均呈正相关。大肠癌已转移FN下降，其余指标升高；手术后FN升高，其余指标下降。结论：大肠癌患者存在血小板活化和内皮细胞损害，二者影响大肠癌的转移和预后。

Effect of platelet activation and endothelial cell injury on colorectal cancer

Objective: To study the effect of platelet activation and endothelial cell injury on the metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Methods: The levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2),11-dehydro-thromboxane B2(DH-TXB2),granulomembrane protein 140(GMP-140),von Willebrand factor(vWF),thrombomodulin(TM),fibronectin(FN),and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) were deter-mined by radioimmunological method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 55 patients with colorectal cancer and 40 normal controls.Results: In patients with colorectal cancer,the levels of TXB2,DH-TXB2,GMP-140,vWF,TM,and cGMP increased,and the level of FN de-creased;the level of cGMP was positively related to the levels of TXB2,DH-TXB2,GMP-140,and TM.FN level decreased in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer,while the other indexes increased.FN level increased after operation,and the other indexes decreased.Conclusion: The activation of platelet and injury of epithelial cell exist in patients with colorectal cancer,and they may affect the metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
