人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折52例临床分析

目的 观察人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床疗效.方法 2002-2007年采用双动人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄(＞70岁)股骨粗隆间骨折患者52例.并进行随访观察其疗效.结果经过6～20个月随访,患者在术后2～7 d(平均3 d)下地负重行走,术后3～6个月恢复到术前肢体功能,无术后疼痛、人工关节脱位及假体松动情况发生.结论对于＞70岁股骨转子间骨折尤其是合并有骨质疏松的患者,建议采用人工股骨头置换治疗,可以早期恢复肢体功能、早期下地、减少术后并发症、提高生活质量.

Bipolar Prosthetic Replacement for Intertrochanteric Fractures in Elderly Patients:A clinical analysis of 52 cases
