急性肾绞痛患者输尿管镜钬激光碎石术

目的：探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗结石致急性肾绞痛患者的有效性和安全性。方法：回顾性分析25例用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者资料。男15例，女10例，平均41岁。输尿管上段结石，5N，中段9例，下段11例。结石直径6～25mm。结果：单次碎石成功率88％。平均手术时间31min。术中无输尿管穿孔等并发症发生。术后平均住院2．6d。术后随访2周～3个月，结石排净率100％。无输尿管狭窄发生。结论：输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石高效、安全，特别是输尿管中下段结石首选的治疗方法。

Ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with holmium: YAG laster for teratment of acute ureteral caiculi

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency and safety of ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with holmium:YAG laser for treatment of ureteral caiculi. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the data of 25 patients(15 males and 10 females,with an average age of 41 years)who underwent ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy using holmium:YAG laser.Among these patients,5 had stones in the upper,9 in the middle,and 11 in the lower uretre.The stone was 6-25mmin diameter. Results: The success rates of fragmentation for all levelsof ureteral stones in a single procedure achieved 88%.Themean operative time was 31 min. No complications such as perforation occurred during the operation.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 2.6 days.The postoperative follow-up of 2 weeks to 3 months revealed that the stone-free rate was 100%.Noureteral stenosis occurred. Conclusions: Ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with holmium: YAG laser is a highly effective and safe therapy for patients with ureteral calculi.It can be considered as a first choice of treatment, especially for those with middle or lower levels of ureteral stones.
