| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT引导下应用弹簧式切割活检针肺穿刺活检术的诊断价值。方法应用弹簧式切割活检针在螺旋CT引导下对38例肺周围性肿块进行经皮肺穿刺。结果38例肺周围性肿块均穿刺活检成功,其中35例取得了明确的病理诊断结果:肺癌30例,结核3例,慢性炎症2例;3例未能作出明确诊断。气胸发生率为15.7%。咯血发生率为7.9%,经过治疗后均病情稳定。结论螺旋CT引导下弹簧式切割活检针经皮肺穿刺活检对肺内周围性肿块的良恶性质的判断准确性较高,安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis value of spiral CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy for peri phery pulmonary mass.Methods A total of 38 cases of for periphery pulmonary mass underwent USmade auto-spring-gun spiral CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy.Results 35 cases were succeeded in getting diagnosis with diagnosis rate was 92.1%.Among them,there were 30 cases of lung cancer,3 cases of tuberculous,2 cases of granuromatic and 3 cases undecided.pneumothorax occurred in 6 cases(15.7%) and hemptysis happened in 3 cases(7.9%).Conclusion Spiral CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy has a practical value for the diagnosis of periphery pulmonary mass. |
