彩色多普勒显像在诊断活体亲属移植肾排异反应中的价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒显像在诊断活体亲属移植肾排异反应中的临床价值。方法 对本院25例活体亲属移植肾患者进行超声检查，获取二维图像、彩色多普勒显像（CDFI）、彩色多普勒能量显像（CDPI）及脉冲多普勒测各级肾动脉血流参数；与30例正常人（60只肾）作对比分析。结果 移植肾在排异反应各期的二维声像图、多普勒血流显像及血流参数有别于正常对照组。结论 CDFI结合CDPI对诊断移植肾排异反应很有价值，阻力指数（RI）是一项评定排异反应的重要指标。

The Value of Color Doppler Imaging in Diagnosis of Rejection in Kidney Transplantation from Living relatives

Objective To study the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in diagnosis of rejection in kidney transplantation from living relatives. Methods Twenty-five patients undertaken kidney transplantation were examined by ultrasonography, whose two dimensional images and color Doppler power imaging(CDPI) were obtained,and blood flow parameters of renal artery in different levels were determined by pulsed dopper(PD). Thirty normal subjects (60 kidneys) served as the contrast group. Results Blood flow ultrasonography and parameters of transplanted kidneys in various rejection periods differed from that of the normal contrast group. Conclusion CDFI combined with CDPI has valuable clinical significance for diagnosing rejection in transplanted kidneys, and resistance index(RI) is very important in accessing rejection.
