西酞普兰与氟西汀治疗首发抑郁症疗效比较

目的　评价西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症的疗效与不良反应。方法　将入组的 89例抑郁症患者按投币法随机分为西酞普兰组 4 3例和氟西汀组 4 6例。西酞普兰起始剂量 10mg·d-1,1w加至 2 0mg·d-1,氟西汀起始剂量为 10mg·d-1,1w加至2 0mg·d-1,共观察 6w。两组分别在治疗前和治疗后 2、4、6w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表及副作用评定量表 (TESS)评定疗效和安全性。结果　西酞普兰与氟西汀对首发抑郁症均有确切的疗效 ,西酞普兰有效率 95 .32 % ,氟西汀有效率 93.4 9% ,两组疗效无显著性差异。两组副反应均少而轻 ,差异无显著性。结论　西酞普兰是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁药物

Comparisons of citalopram and fluoxetine in first-episode depression

Objective To evaluate the curative effects and adverse reactions of citalopram in first-episode depression. Methods 89 patients with depression were randomly assigned to citalpram(n=43, from 10mg/d to 20mg/d within one week) and fluoxetine(n=46,from 10mg/d to 20mg/d) groups for 6 weeks. The curative effects and adverse reactions of both the two groups were rated with the HAMD and TESS before treatment and at ends the of 2~(nd),4~(th) and 6~(th) week of treatment. Results Both citalopram and fuxitine had clear curative effects, the effective rates were 95.32% and 93.49% respectively, which showed no significant difference .The adverse reactions of both groups were fewer and milder. Conclusion Xitalopram is a safe and effective antidepressant.
