| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自拟祛毒方中药熏洗对混合痔术后伤口疼痛及创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将120例患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用自拟祛毒方中药熏洗和温水坐浴,记录两组患者术后第1、7、14天时疼痛评分,并记录术后第7天时创面愈合情况。结果治疗组在缓解疼痛和减少创面水肿,促进创面愈合方面疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论自拟祛毒方中药熏洗对混合痔术后创面可以起到良好的止痛和促愈作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of hip bath of herbal fumigation on mixed hemorrhoid operation wounds pain and wound healing.Methods 120 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,they were treated with the hip bath of herbal fumigation and warm water hip bath respectively,the 1,7,10 days pain score of two groups＇ patients and the postoperative wound healing on 7th day were recorded.Results Treatment group have better therapeutic effect in odynolysis,reduce wound edema and wound healing effect than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound can be relieved and advance healing by using the hip bath of herbal fumigation. |
