铝碳酸镁泡腾片的制备及质量控制

目的介绍铝碳酸镁泡腾片的制备及质量控制方法。方法以碳酸氢钠为碱源、酒石酸为酸源。用酸、碱分开制法制备铝碳酸镁泡腾片,并对其性状、鉴别、重量差异、发泡量、崩解时限、含量测定、稳定性等进行了检测（采用络合滴定法进行含量测定）。结果制剂质量稳定,平均回收率为99.74%。制得的铝碳酸镁泡腾片口感好、表面光滑美观、服用方便。结论本制剂处方工艺成熟,检测方法简便、准确、适用于医院配制和应用。

Preparation and quality control of hydrotalcite effervescent tablets

Objective To introduce the preparation technology of hydrotalcite effervescent tablets and its quality contro1 method.Methods Select sodium bicarbonate for base resource,tartaric acid for acid resource.The tablet was prepared with acid resource and base resource respectively.Its character,distinguish,weight deviation,foam volume,disintegration time,content,stability were tested.Complexometric titration was used to determine content of hydrotalcite.Results The preparation was stable,the average rate of recovery was 99.74%.The hydrotalcite effervescent tablets can be obtained with good taste,smooth-surface,easy taking.Conclusion The preparation technology is reliable,the methods are simple,accurate,which can be used in hospital production and using.
