香菇多糖联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结肠癌63例的近期临床观察

目的观察香菇多糖（LNT）联合FOLFOX 4方案治疗晚期结肠癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法将63例晚期结肠癌患者分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用FOLFOX 4方案,试验组在对照组的基础上,化疗同时给予香菇多糖1 mg 2次/周,静脉滴注,连用4周为1疗程。结果试验组CR 2例,PR 16例,有效率为56.3%;对照组PR 13例,有效率为41.9%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组血象在治疗前后无明显变化（P〉0.05）;而对照组治疗后血象下降较治疗前明显（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后血象变化差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组不良反应的发生率较对照组低,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论香菇多糖能有效地增强奥沙利铂和5-氟尿嘧啶的化疗效果,稳定血象,促进骨髓造血功能的恢复,减少毒副反应。

The effect of LNT combined with FOLFOX 4 on 63 patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma

Objective To observe the effect of LNT combined with FOLFOX 4 on patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma and its side-effect.Methods A total of 63 cases of advanced colorectal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups.FOLFOX 4 chemoradiotherapy combined with LNT（1mg 2/w i.v.for 2 cycles,4 weeks for one period of treatment） was administered to the experimental group（n=32）.And the control group（n=31） received only FOLFOX 4 chemoradiotherapy.Results There were 2 cases of CR,16 cases of PR in experimental group and 13 cases of PR in control group.The effective rate was 56.3% in the experimental group,and 41.9% in the control group,with a statistical difference（P0.05）.In the experimental group,no significant difference was found in the blood cell count between the blood test results before and after treatment（P0.05）.But in the control group,the patients＇ blood cell count decreased after treatment,the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.The rate of side effects was lower in the experimental group,the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion LNT can effectively improve the effect of Oxaliplatin and Fluorouracil on advanced colorectal carcinoma,improve bone marrow hematopoietic function recovery with fewer side-effect.
