两种微创手术方法治疗腋臭的疗效观察

目的探讨治疗腋臭的两种手术方法的临床疗效。方法使用小切口皮下搔刮与W形切口皮下修剪两种手术方法治疗腋臭,并观察两种手术方法的治愈率、复发率及并发症的发生率。结果两组治愈率及复发率均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,在术后皮下血肿、皮肤坏死、瘢痕等并发症方面,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 W形切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭是较理想的方法。

Effect observation of two minimally invasive surgical treatments for bromhidrosis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of two surgical methods of bromhidrosis.Methods Using small incision subcutaneous scraping and W incision subcutaneous trim to treat bromhidrosis respectively,while observing the cure rate,relapse rate and the incidence of complications.Results The cure rate and recurrence rate were statistic difference（P0.05）.Mean-while,there were significant statistic difference in the incidences of postoperative subcutaneous hematoma,skin necrosis,scarring and other complications（P0.05）.Conclusion W shape incision subcutaneous trim therapy of bromhidrosis is the ideal method.
