新兵集训心理应激特征及外周血免疫功能分析

摘    要:目的观察新兵集训期间心理应激特征和外周血免疫功能,探讨集训新兵心理应激和免疫功能指标之间的相关关系及军事训练对新兵心理及免疫功能的影响。方法将某部新兵102名(集训新兵组),于集训第45天清晨抽取空腹外周静脉血,采用流式细胞术测试T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞和NK细胞比率,并于当天进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试;选择健康体检者30名作为正常对照组。对比两组外周血免疫功能。结果集训新兵组外周血NK细胞百分率明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),B淋巴细胞百分率明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05)。SCL-90总分≥160分组,T淋巴细胞百分率和各亚群百分率显著低于SCL-90总分〈160分组(P〈0.01),NK细胞百分率显著高于SCL-90总分〈160分组(P〈0.01);人际关系敏感因子分值≥2分组,B淋巴细胞百分率显著高于人际关系敏感因子分值〈2分组(P〈0.05);精神病性因子分值≥2分组,CD8+T细胞百分率显著高于精神病性因子分值〈2分组(P〈0.05),CD4/CD8显著低于精神病性因子分值〈2分组(P〈0.05);其他项目因子分值≥2分组,CD4/CD8显著低于〈2分组(P〈0.05)。SCL-90总分与T淋巴细胞及亚群百分率、NK细胞百分率存在明显相关性,人际关系因子分值与B细胞百分率存在明显相关性。结论集训影响新兵的心理功能和外周血免疫功能,集训新兵的心理应激强度和外周血免疫水平存在部分相关关系。

Abstract:Objective To observe the characters of psychological stress and immune function during concentrative training,investigate the effect of military training on psychology and immune functions in recruits and the correlation between psychological stress and immune functions. Methods In this experiment,the researcher choose 102 recruits(training group),and then collected the symptoms checklist-90(SCL-90) questionnaires and blood samples after 45 days' training.Peripheral venous blood samples of 102 recruits were analyzed with flow cytometry to determine the parameters including T lymphocyte subsets and activation level,B lymphocyte,NK cell.30 healthy people from clinic for check-up were chose as normal control group.Immune function in new soldiers during concentrative training was compared with normal control group.The correlations of the parameters between psychology and immune functions were analyzed. Results The percentages of NK cells were decreased and B lymphocyte were increased as compared with the normal control group(P0.05).The percentages of T lymphocyte subsets were decreased and NK cells were increased in group of SCL-90 total score≥160,as compared with the group of SCL-90 total score 160(P0.01).The percentages of B lymphocyte in group of sensitive human interrelationship≥2 were increased as compared with the group of sensitive human interrelationship2(P0.05).The percentages of CD8+T lymphocyte were increased and CD4/CD8 were declined in group of lunacy≥2,as compared with the group of lunacy 2(P0.05).CD4/CD8 were declined in group of others≥2 as compared with the group of others2(P0.05).The total score of SCL-90 was positively correlated with T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells,sensitive human interrelationship was correlated with B lymphocyte. Conclusion Concentrative training had a definite effect on psychology and immune function in recruits,the degree of psychological stress was partially correlated with immune function.
