短信平台在产后延伸服务管理中的应用效果

目的探讨短信平台在产后延伸服务管理中应用效果。方法选取2013年6月我院产科分娩的100例初产妇为对照组,2013年7月我院产科分娩的100例初产妇为观察组,对照组接受传统的护理服务模式,观察组接受短信健康教育延伸护理服务模式,通过一卡通导入这期间住院分娩的产妇信息,通过网络编辑短信,在分娩后的7个时间段,向产妇发送短信。比较两组产妇对医院护理服务满意度、产妇身体康复情况、新生儿健康状况、产妇对母婴保健知识的掌握情况的差异。结果观察组产妇对医院护理服务满意度提高,产妇产褥期感染、新生儿不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05),对产褥期保健及新生儿护理方面的知识掌握程度均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论短信平台在产后延伸服务管理中效果显著,有助于提高产后母婴的保健。

Effect of Short Message Platform on Management of Postpartum Extended Nursing

Objective To explore the effect of short message platform on the management of postpartum extended nursing. Methods One hundred primiparas delivered in June 2013 were chosen as control group and another one hundred primiparas in July 2013 as observation group. Traditional nursing was introduced in control group but extended nursing through short message platform was provided in observation group. A comparison was conducted about primiparas＇ satisfaction with nursing, their recovery, newborn＇ health and primiparas＇ knowledge about maternal and infant health care in both groups. Results Primiparas in observation group were more satisfied with the nursing and there was lower incidence of complications in observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Short message platform is effective for the management of postpartum extended nursing.
