氟铝联合对体外人胚大脑神经细胞毒作用的研究

摘    要:为探讨氟铝联合对大脑神经细胞的毒作用及其机制,采用无血清体外细胞培养方法,观察氟铝对人胚大脑神经细胞生长发育及功能的影响,同时进行光镜和电镜形态学。在本研究剂量范围,加入不同剂量的氟并未对铝的损伤作用产生明显的影响,说明本研究剂量的铝氟不存在拮抗或协同作用。

Abstract:To explore the toxic effect of aluminum and fluorine on Human embryonic cerebral neurocytes,using the method of neurocytes cultivation without serum in vitro,the growth,development and morphology of neurocytes were observed by the light and electron microscope.The function of neurocytes was detected also.The results showed that the growth,development and function of human embryonic cerebral neurocytes were inhibited in high Al group(10 mol/L).The electron microscope showed that the membrane structure of cell was damaged in high Al group and the arrangmet of microtubules in the processes was disordered.The mechanism of Al neurotoxicity could be produced by the lipid peroxidation and result in the damage of the membrane structure of cell.Flourine didn't affect the aluminum neurotoxicity in the observed dose rangeIt indicated that under the observed dose ranges of aluminum and fluoride AlF antagonism and synergism were not noticed.
