慢性不可预见性应激动物模型的建立与评价

目的研制慢性不可预见性应激动物模型，观测该模型动物行为学变化，探讨此动物模型建立的可行性和有效性．方法采用9种应激源对BALB／c小鼠连续4周应激处理，运用行为学方法检测应激模型的复制效果．结果与对照组相比，应激小鼠一般状况无明显变化，但存在活动减少、兴趣缺乏、学习记忆能力减退等行为缺陷．结论慢性不可预见性应激模型加孤养结合的方法可以建立较为稳定的慢性应激模型．

The Establishment and Estimation of Chronic Unpredictable Stress Animal Model

Objective To establish a chronic unpredictable stress animal model close to human social-psychological status by using a combination of submission to chronic and unpredictable stress and separate breeding. Methods Adult BALB/c mice were separately bred and stimulated by nine different stressors arranged randomly for four continuous weeks. The model was identified as successful or not by spontaneous actions test and Morris water maze test. Results Exploring behaviors to a novel environment and spontaneous actions to an open space induced by stress were remarkably reduced （P 〈 0.01）, Morris water maze test showed that the period of the stress group had been gradually delayed （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions A steady chronic stress animal model can be induced by the combination of chronic and unpredictable stress and separate breeding.
