| 摘 要： | 用微量ELISA法检测807份不同年龄、性别的健康人血清中水痘-海洋污染海洋污染海洋污染带状疤疹病毒IgG抗体,0～1岁年龄组最低,为48.15%,25～35岁年龄组达到高峰,以后逐渐下降。无性别差异。随机取95份血清与CF进行比较,两法的总符合率为90.53%,阳性符合率为94.20%,r_s~1=0.7760,P(?)0.001,ELISA法的GMT是CF法的64倍。

| Abstract: | ELISA and CF tests have been used to detect varicellazostor virus(VZV)IgG antibody in the sera of healthy persons.The result shows that positive rate rose as the age increased and reached its peak between the
age 25 and 35,and than decreased.There is a close correlation between ELISA and CF tests.Their total correspondence rate and positive correspon- dence rate are 90.53% and 94.20%,respectively.ELISA is a imple,quick,
economic and sensitive method.It can be used to detect VZV antibodies instead of CF test,especially for clinical use and seroepidemiological inves-tigation. |
