柠檬萜对豚鼠小肠电活动的调整作用

摘    要:目的:研究柠檬萜对豚鼠小肠电活动的影响。方法:用电生理技术记录以98%柠檬萜给空腹清醒豚鼠灌胃后小肠消化间期综合肌电的变化。结果:给柠檬萜后,十二指肠及空肠峰电位明显减少(P<0.01,P<0.05)。原先IDMEC周期不典型或紊乱的峰电位在给药后40~80min,十二指肠和空肠分别有76%和82%例次呈现出典型的IDMEC周期或有出现IDMEC周期的倾向。结论:柠檬萜可能具有调整豚鼠小肠电活动周期的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVES:To study the effect of R (+)-Limonene on the small intestinal electric activities of tile guinea-pig. METHODS: The electrophysiological technique was applied to record the variation of small intestinal interdigestive myoelectric complex (IDMEC)after instilling 98% R (+ )-Limonene into the stomach of fasted conscious guinea-pigs. RESULTS: After administration of R (+)-Linonene, the number of spilte potential in duodenum and jejunum was decreased sigllificantly (PRO. of;P<0. 05).The standard cycle of IDMEC and tendency toward stalldard cycle were found in 76% of the duodenum alld 82% of the jejunum that had an unstandard cycle of IDMEC or irregular spike potentiell before drugs. CONCLUSIONS: R (+) -Limonene is suggested to regulate the electric activitiy c ycle in the small intestine of guinea-pigs.
