非手术疗法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔

目的：探讨胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔非手术疗法。方法：回顾分析我院226例胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔病例，212例非手术治疗胃十二指肠渍疡急性穿孔方法及恢复情况。结果：212例非手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔，其中10例患者改为手术治疗，近期保守成功200例，随访108例中1例2年后再次穿孔拒绝手术死亡。结论：非手术疗法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔疗效确切，安全可靠。

The Conservative Treatment in Patients with Perforated Gastroduodenum

Objective：To discuss the conservative treatment with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods： 226 cases with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer were analyzed retrospectively, in which 212 received conservative therapy. Results：Among 212 cases with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer received conservative therapy, 10 of them was converted to operation, except that 210 cases were cured by the conservative treatment successfully, In follow- up study of 108 cases, 2 years later 1 which underwent perforation again died of refusing operation. Conclusions：The conservative treatment with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer is safety and reliable, the effect is confirmed.
